From The Coach...

As a coach, when I see wrestlers that can't score effectively from the Front Headlock position I feel like they are missing many opportunities. If any of my wrestlers are having trouble scoring from the neutral position this is the first place I look.

Not only are there many opportunities through out EVERY match to score in the Front Headlock position, but becoming effective here will also help your leg attacks.

Coach Gable knew the importance of this and had us work holds from the Front Headlock relentlessly. I do the same and see tremendous benefits for wrestlers from youth to high school.

If you are not a Front Headlock person then you are missing a big piece of the puzzle. I guarantee this series will help wrestlers of all skill levels score more points, get more pins and have more success.
